Hello one and all, yes this to those who still read this desolate blog. It has been ages since i last had any decent worthwhile thoughts and time to post them up. This time is no exception. So i have sups to study for and blogging is a good way to procrastinate.

With so many friends getting married soon the question has begun to play on yours truly. I have always firmly believed that untill you reach 22-24 you should not get married. However with many friends proposed, engaged, married or heading in a similar direction all at the tender age of 20 or so i am beginning to wander if they know something which i don't. This bugs me immensely. I mean why so young? What is the driving reason behind a decision to commit yourself at such a young age?Are we eveb ready for such a life long commitment. Why the high divorce rate among muslim couples whom have married young? Don't the facts point to a conclusion which is contrary to that of the one my many friends have reached? All puzzling questions indeed.

Anyways long as they getting married least i get to Kit up :-). Which i am not complaining about.

Till we meet again
Take care

Bardly Wonderings-Poetic Musing

More poetic stuff i wrote, this was a while back but it needs to be published eventually! If you sick of it look away now...oh and yes its mindless Dragan so hence i dedicate it to you ;-)

Together we stand, Divided we fall.

Now we're alone and we shall see how we fare
everything seems difficult and a dare.
Today is the day, the first day of dark and dull and dispair.

What once began must now end again.

The ode to the sad side of this life has begun and ended the ode to joy.

I lost it all, all through my own doing.
No tears to run rampant rapidly flowing.

Even though towards the end it was nought but battle
i still miss that burning desire and steady mettle.

Now that your really gone my eyes that were once closed are now truly open.
How i wish i could turn it all back and never set this in motion

But wishes are but empty reflections in a clear pool
Which, when we reach out to take hold realise are nothing but fool.

I have chosen my path to tread.
So must i march on without dread

Are'nt they Beautiful

Finally! It’s here. Mazozo and MJ present the top ten gaming gals of all time! Yes it was conceptualised ages ago (by yours truly) but due to certain people (names shan’t be named) the article is way over due but flip it. Here is how it works, we collectively picked a list of gals then we decided to give them our own order rank (mostly cause we couldn’t agree on who goes where), so with out further delay here it goes:

Ten: Princess Pea
ch- "Dear Mario i've baked you a cake..." Those words are burned immortal into my memory. Peach was, and is always cute and a constant damsel in distress. Who could resist? We had to save her in the orginal Mario brothers! For sheer cuteness she goes down as ten.

Nine: Cammy- Remember a game called Street Fighter? This was the orginal hot beat em up chick
appearing from SF2 onwards i always picked her for her looks rather then ability. The pic here is an anime one, bit exaggerated but you'll get the idea!

Eight:Rayne-She featured in a game called blood reign. Not a brilliant game per se but try this.
To recharge her power she used to jump on a victim, wrap both her legs around him, and while biting him on the neck, moan, loudly, for long. Very hot, she deserves a place just for that.

Seven:Lara Coft- What list of hot gaming gals would be complete without her huh?The orginal geek boy pin up Tomb Raider had fan boys salavating from day one.Eventually they created a skin so she would be naked as you played the game with her.The twin cannons get her into 7, she's aged a bit and there has not been a tomb raider game in ages.

Six:Rachel-Ok technically she was not a playable character but in Need for Speed Underground i waited with baited breathe for the cut scenes invloving her. She's hot and the only reason she's not higher is the fact i couldn't play with her...

Five:Eva-Another non playable character, the chick saves Snake's life in Metal Gear Solid 3. Definately tough in my books is this one. She was pretty too!A perfect 5 just not nasty enough to make it higher.

Four:Kasumi- Hailing from the DOA series there is just one thing i remember when i first played Dead or Alive with Kasumi "Damn look at those bounce" Yes people they bounce alot as you fight with her.Its been like that from the 1st DOA right till the latest! Not to mention the movie of her in a steam bath LOL.Just for the bounce she makes it into 4. oh and she got good moves to boot.

Three:Rinoa- She's beautiful,1 of my favourites ever.FF8 was worth it just to see Rinoa dance in the fmv with Squall at the Seed Graduation.I love her.The love story of FF8 made it worth it, too bad Squall ends up with Rinoa...Sigh

Two:Sophitia- A hot gal with a short sword and small shield dressed as a greek goddess, what more can you ask for?The Soul Calibre series of games always rocked in my humble opinion it was the best series of fighting games ever, mostly because you fought with weapons. Sophia was one of the staple characters of the game from Soul Edge and though i prefered to use Killik(i'll beat anyone with him) and Rock during game time. I used to love looking at Sophitia. A very close 2.

One:Kaileena- The main evil character in Prince of Persia: Darkness within. The Cut scenes were wow. She was a babe. A really, really hot babe. i'll let the picture speak for itself. I cringed as a killed her with the prince :-(

Joke of the Day-Guys take note

The Test

Apparently a True story: I was happy. My girlfriend and I had been dating for over ayear, and so we decided to get married. My parents helped us in everyway; my friends encouraged me, and my girlfriend? She was a dream! There wasonly one thing bothering me, very much indeed, and that one thing was heryounger sister.

My prospective sister-in-law was twenty years of age, wore tight mini skirts and low cut blouses. She would regularly bend down whennear me and I got many a pleasant view of her underwear. It had to be deliberate. She never did it when she was near anyone else. One daylittle sister called and asked me to come over to check the wedding invitations. She was alone when I arrived. She whispered to me that soon I was to bemarried, and she had feelings and desires for me that she couldn't overcome and didn't really want to overcome. She told me that shewantedto make love to me just once before I got married and committed my life toher sister.

I was in total shock and couldn't say a word. She said,” I’mgoing upstairs to my bedroom, and if you want to go ahead with it just come up and get me." I was stunned. I was frozen in shock as I watchedher go up the stairs. When she reached the top she pulled down her pantiesand threw them down the stairs at me.

I stood there for a moment, then turned and went straight to the front door. I opened the door and stepped out of the house. I walked straight towards my car. My future father-in-law wasstanding outside. With tears in his eyes he hugged me and said, "We arevery happy that you have passed our little test. We couldn't ask for a better man for our daughter. Welcome to the family."The moral of this story is:""Always keep your condoms in your car."

And i'm Saying...

"with the windows down and the system up, Screaming: i just don't give a Fuck!"

Wednesday, 20 June 2007

There's a song by staind which has very simple yet serious important words in it. I can't remenber the title but i remember the words in a faded sort of way: Respect for your FAMILY, Respect for your FRIENDS, Respect EVERYONE, Respect is EVERYTHING.

They have never been more right, respect is everything, yet its something that is sorely lacking today! Many problems stem from the simple fact that people lack respect for others and that they don't treat people with the correct manner and in the right way.

Respect for your family- without it and without them your nothing. Yet spoilt brats everyday challenge there parents and bring them to their knees on a regular basis. Leave alone the spoilt brats even the older kids do it. Backchat their parents and trouble them to a point where they can't take it anymore. It comes down to the fact that they have an attitude and no respect. If they did they would do such things!Parents need to be accorded a certain amount of respect by almost any standard.

It comes down to attitude and how you treat other people.Just because you have a strong opinion on someone it does'nt mean that you must tell it to them to there faces if you don't know them! Always remember the old addage if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. Much less if you hardly know the person! Keep those thoughts to yourself. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, true enough, however that does not mean you impose it on them!

With respect it means respect for everyone not only friends and family but those people you don't know as well. It means treating them with respect everywhere and in all situations. With that comes manners and decorum. You have no right to treat people the way you want just to get a laugh or two out. Think if the situations where reversed then what? Would you feel so comfortable if people insulted your family and friends based on the colour of your skin or your religion loudly while in your presence? I don't think so

Human beings make me sick. The way some people can degrade and debase females is appauling to say the least! That's someone's sister or daughter or wife or mother your speking about what if it where your sister or mother then what?

There are just ways off doing things and ways of treating people its just common good sense and it stems from respect. With out your nothing and don't say screw the world sometimes you got to give a shit and do things the right way.If not out of respect for others out of respect for your religion for it says in islam that we should treat those around us with respect and courteousy and if you cant respect a command of god then who can you respeect?Ask yourself that.
